As part of its “object of the Month” project, H.H. Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, became a member of, The Academy of Sciences Lisbon (Academia das Ciencias de Lisboa) and he awarded the medal of the academy in a special ceremony at the Academy of Science in Lisbon. A host of Scholars, diplomats and politicians, and the academy officials were present at the ceremony, in recognition of his support to scientific research centers all over the world.
